His Lordship was born on 4th February 1967 at Patna. He did his schooling from St. Xavier’s High School, Patna, Graduated with Honours in Geology from Patna Science College, Patna, and Post Graduation from Patna University in Geology. His Lordship was General Secretary of Patna Science College for the Year 1987-1988.

Born on 5th September, 1966 in the family of Smt. Laxmi Singh and Shri Umesh Prasad Singh, he got his early school education at Patna, Graduated in Commerce from Patna University and went to Hansraj College, Delhi University where he did one year Special Certificate Course in Commerce.

Born to Smt. Raj Kumari Roy and late Moti Lal Roy (Advocate, Patna High Court) and grandson of late Chameli Devi and late B.B. Yadav (renowned Timber Merchant of Patna), Justice Rajiv Roy completed his schooling from Ram Mohun Roy Seminary, Patna.
Justice Roy graduated in B.Sc. (Zoology Hons.) from Science College, Patna securing position in the Patna University.

Hon’ble Mr. Sandeep Kumar was born in a legal family on 22nd January, 1967 in village Sahtha, District Vaishali, Bihar to Mr. Rameshwar Prasad Shahi, a leading Tax lawyer and Late Smt. Geeta Shahi a Home Maker.

Born on January 21, 1969, in the Mirzapur District of Uttar Pradesh. Completed his undergraduate studies in Science at Ewing Christian College, Allahabad (affiliated with the University of Allahabad) in 1988, and subsequently obtained his Law degree from Dayanand College of Law, Kanpur, in 1992.

Born in 1972 at small village Girawari, District Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan), took all education in government schools and colleges, completed LLB in 1997 under M.D.S. University, Ajmer. Practiced as an Advocate at different courts in Rajasthan between 1997 and 2003 mainly in civil and criminal side. Joined prosecution service in 2003 under Rajasthan Govemment.

His Lordship was elevated to the bench as an Additional Judge of the Patna High Court on 15th April, 2015. He was sworn in as a Permanent Judge on 20th April, 2016. It is being informed that 49 applications, received in response to Court’s notice dated 04.01.2016 regarding Combined Advocate-on-Record Examination, 2015 (1st & 2nd), have been found incomplete/defective. The Advocates, whose applications have been found incomplete/defective, are directed to remove the defects as pointed out in the chart (attached separately) positively till 03.02.2016 by appearing personally in the office, failing which their candidature shall stand cancelled and no further time will be given for the said cause.
