Born in 1972 at small village Girawari, District Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan), took all education in government schools and colleges, completed LLB in 1997 under M.D.S. University, Ajmer. Practiced as an Advocate at different courts in Rajasthan between 1997 and 2003 mainly in civil and criminal side. Joined prosecution service in 2003 under Rajasthan Govemment. Entered in Bihar Superior Judicial Service in 2010 and remained posted as Additional District & Sessions Judge at Buxar, Principal Judge in Family Court at Aurangabad and Sasaram, Principal District and Sessions Judge at Siwan, Bhabhua at Kaimur, Gayaji, Ara. And also worked as Registrar Administration at Patna High Court and Secretary, Bihar Legislative Assembly before Elevation. Elevated as Judge at Patna High Court on 04.06.2022. Respected father Shri Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat has done remarkable judicial service under Rajasthan High Court and worked as Principal District and Sessions Judge more than ten years in addition to on other posts and his last posting under Rajasthan High Court was Registrar General Vigilance.
