His Lordship was born on 4th February 1967 at Patna. He did his schooling from St. Xavier’s High School, Patna, Graduated with Honours in Geology from Patna Science College, Patna, and Post Graduation from Patna University in Geology. His Lordship was General Secretary of Patna Science College for the Year 1987-1988.
His Lordship obtained his LL.B. Degree from Patna Law College, Patna University and got enrolled as an Advocate with Bihar State Bar Council on 03.02.1997.
His Lordship practiced in the Commercial, Constitutional, Civil, Writ, Criminal, Service, Taxation, Electricity, Banking, Finance and Insurance, Customs and Excise, Real Estate, Administrative, Co-operative, Telecommunication, Indirect Taxes, University Law matters and other jurisdictions of the Hon’ble Patna High Court.
His Lordship also appeared before Commercial Tax Tribunal, Company Law Board, Debt Recovery Tribunal and Arbitrators etc.
His Lordship was appointed as Government Pleader by the State of Bihar in the year 2013 for conducting cases before Hon’ble Patna High Court and remained till July, 2016. His Lordship was also counsel for the Bihar School Examination Board, National Insurance Company Ltd., Central Bank of India and several other public sector undertakings.
His Lordship took oath as a Judge of the Hon’ble Patna High Court on October 20th , 2021.
